A Producer will have a direct role in bringing the game to our fans around the world.
The ideal candidate for this position recognizes the strengths and needs of the developers on the team and has exceptional communication and scheduling skills that allows the team to maximize their performance. Responsibilities
Prepare and schedule overall project plan
Assess and manage the status of all teams
Communicate with each department to understand the project status and risks, and propose appropriate solutions
Provide information to improve the production team's technical skills
Regularly review and provide feedback on games in development to improve the overall quality
Manage schedules, relationships and communications with platform holders, vendors and external partners
Skills & Requirements
5+ years of game development experience
Experience as a producer in AA games or higher from inception to launch
Extensive knowledge of development and project management
Possess a strong positive attitude, ideas and proactively contribute to the project
In-depth knowledge of entertainment content from around the world
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Apps (Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc）
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent collaborative and communication skills
Fluent in English and Japanese

Ability to review creativity from the perspective of an artist and manager
Possess a commitment to detail, and are adept at fine tuning and adjusting to the situation at hand
Open minded and willing to pursue unique solutions
Proficient with project management tools, such as Jira, Hansoft, etc.
Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills
Passionate about the game and fans!

仕事内容
プロジェクト全体の企画・スケジュールの作成と管理
全チームの状況把握および管理
各部門とコミュニケーションをとり、プロジェクトの状況やリスクについて把握した上で適切な解決方法を提案する
プロダクションチームに入り情報を提供することで、チームの技術力を向上させる
開発中のゲームを定期的にレビューしフィードバックを提供することで、ゲームの質を高める
パブリッシャー、ベンダー、外部パートナーとのコミュニケーション
必要な資格
5年以上のゲーム開発経験
少なくともAA以上のゲームに、企画立ち上げから発売までプロデューサーとしてかかわった経験
開発やプロジェクトマネジメントに関する経験
強い積極性、アイデアを持ち、積極的にプロジェクトに貢献できる方
世界中のエンタテインメントコンテンツに関する深い知識をお持ちの方
Microsoft Officeツール（PowerPoint、Word、Excelなど）、Google Apps（Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc）に精通している方
優れたプレゼンテーション能力
望ましい資格
アーティストとマネージャーの視点からクリエイティブを見直す力のある方
細部にこだわり、きめ細かな調整や対応が可能な方
