Responsibilities
Interpret English to Japanese and Japanese to English for game development projects
Effectively communicate information about development processes and projects, facilitate communication between development teams, and reconcile cultural and language gaps
Provide language support and simultaneous interpretation for meetings, conferences, presentations, emails, and other communication channels
Translate and proofread technical documents and specifications
Interpret for our Unconventional CEO, providing real-time interpretation during meetings, interviews, and various occasions
Interpret communication with international partners, clients, and stakeholders and CEO
Ensure accurate and effective communication between CEO and various parties to facilitate decision-making and strategic discussions
Collaborate with other departments to provide language support and cultural insights to enhance business relationships
Skills & Requirements
Fluent spoken and written skills in both Japanese and English
Familiarity with game development expertise and terminology
Previous experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation and translation
Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth dialogue within and outside the team
Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Cultural sensitivity and intercultural communication skills
Must love games and be fluent in the language of the gaming community
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to convey the Unconventional CEO's intentions accurately
Deep understanding of business etiquette, protocols, and cultural nuances
High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism

仕事内容
ゲーム開発プロジェクトにおける英日・日英通訳業務の実施
開発プロセスやプロジェクトに関する情報を効果的に伝達し、開発チームとコミュニケーションを円滑にし、文化や言語のギャップを調整
会議、ミーティング、プレゼンテーション、メールなどでの言語サポートを提供及び同時通訳
技術文書や仕様書の翻訳および校正
一風変わったCEOの専任通訳として、会議、面接、さまざまなコミュニケーションの際にリアルタイム通訳の提供
国際的なパートナーやクライアント、ステークホルダーとのCEOの対話において、英日・日英通訳を実施
一風変わったCEOとさまざまな関係者との間で正確かつ効果的なコミュニケーションを確保し、意思決定と戦略的な議論をサポート
他の部署と協力して、言語サポートと文化的な洞察を提供し、ビジネス関係の向上に貢献
必要な資格
日本語と英語の流暢なスピーキングおよびライティングスキル
ゲーム開発に関する専門知識や用語に精通していること
同時および逐次通訳および翻訳の経験があること
コミュニケーション能力が高く、チーム内外で円滑な対話をサポートできること
柔軟性があり、多忙な環境で効果的に働けること
文化的な感受性と異文化間コミュニケーションスキルを持っていること
